Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy applies to all paid services offered by RankForge, operated by Y Corporation ("we", "us"). Please read it carefully before purchasing a subscription.

1. Nature of our service

RankForge is a digital subscription product providing immediate access to focus tools, the global leaderboard, study OS modules and AI mentor capabilities. Because access is granted instantly and the underlying content is digital, all purchases are considered final at the moment of activation.

2. No-refund policy

Once a subscription or access code is activated on your account, the purchase is non-refundable in part or in full, irrespective of subsequent usage. This includes — but is not limited to — monthly plans, annual plans, lifetime plans and any one-time digital unlocks.

3. No cancellation of current cycle

You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation will stop all future billing, but no pro-rata or partial refund will be issued for the remaining days of the current billing cycle. You will continue to have access until the end of the cycle you have already paid for.

4. Billing discrepancies

If you believe you were charged in error, duplicated, or charged after a confirmed cancellation, contact us within 7 days of the transaction. Verified discrepancies will be investigated and resolved on a case-by-case basis.
