Yes. The core app — focus timer, daily challenge, leaderboards, three battles/day, group study and streaks — is free forever. Premium unlocks unlimited battles, AI Mentor, Strict Mode replacement, and advanced analytics.

Yes — RankForge ships as a Progressive Web App and as an Android APK. Install it from your browser's 'Add to Home Screen' or download the APK from rankforge.today.

You are matched with another aspirant of similar rank for a timed quiz duel. First to the highest score wins XP, medals and a rank bump. All questions come from a curated exam bank.

Free users can play 3 battles per day. Premium users get unlimited battles. Watching a rewarded ad grants one extra battle to free users.

Winners earn XP proportional to opponent rank plus a daily win bonus. Medals from wins directly boost your leaderboard rank — wins are weighted more heavily than raw XP.

Premium users can filter battles by subject and chapter. Free users are matched on a random topic drawn from your enrolled exam track.

AI Mentor is your personal tutor powered by Google Gemini via the Lovable AI Gateway. Ask conceptual questions, request quizzes, get chapter summaries, or plan a revision schedule — all in natural language.

Premium users get 5 questions per day. Free users can preview AI Mentor but must upgrade to send messages. Question count resets every 24 hours at midnight IST.

Yes. Every thread is stored under 'Chat history' so you can revisit past explanations. You can delete any thread from the sidebar.

Yes — ask 'Give me a 5-question quiz on <chapter>' and AI Mentor will produce MCQs with answer explanations.

Create or join a study room (public or private via join code), chat in real-time with other members, and race up the group's private leaderboard based on focus minutes and XP earned inside the room.

Up to 50 members per group. Premium users can create unlimited groups; free users can create up to 2.

The group creator is the admin and can remove members, change the group name, or archive the group. All members see a real-time member list and group leaderboard.

Study at least 10 minutes on the focus timer in a day and your streak increments by one. Skip a day (without restoring) and the streak resets to 1 the next time you study.

10 minutes of tracked focus time per calendar day (UTC). It does not need to be a single session — cumulative minutes count.

Free users can restore 1 missed day per month. Premium users can restore up to 2 missed days per month. Restore from the streak card on the dashboard within 48 hours of the missed day.

Each user has a monthly restore quota (1 free / 2 premium) that automatically resets on the 1st of each month. Missed days beyond the quota permanently break the current streak but never affect your longest streak record.

XP is earned by focus minutes, battle wins, daily challenges and streaks. Free users earn 50 XP/day from claim; premium users earn 100 XP/day. XP contributes to your leaderboard rank.

Rank = (wins × 1000) + XP. Battle wins (medals) are the primary signal; XP is the tie-breaker. Focus hours indirectly boost XP.

The global leaderboard refreshes hourly and shows the top aspirants ranked by wins-then-XP. Group leaderboards are private to that group's members.

Premium is a subscription (monthly or yearly) that unlocks unlimited battles, AI Mentor, advanced analytics, 2 streak restores/month, 100 XP/day and ad-free study. Payments are processed by Razorpay.

King is our top tier — it includes everything in Premium plus early access to new features, higher AI Mentor limits (when raised), and a golden name badge shown across the app.

Yes. Cancel from Settings → Subscription. You keep premium access until the current billing period ends. Refunds are handled per our refund policy.

Every user gets a unique referral code. Anyone who signs up with your code gets ₹50 off in their first 24 hours; when 5 friends complete signup with your code, you earn 1 free month of Premium.

Open Profile, edit your username and click Save. Usernames must be unique and are updated instantly across the app.

Settings → Account → Delete account. This permanently wipes your profile, focus history, chats, and payments record. It cannot be undone.

Yes. 'Continue with Google' is available on the auth screen for both web and Android. Existing email accounts are automatically linked when the email matches.

Only free users see ads — a bottom banner on web (AdSense) and native banner on Android (AdMob), plus optional rewarded video before a battle for a bonus attempt. Premium users see zero ads on every platform.

Free users who have used their 3 daily battles can watch a short rewarded video to unlock one extra battle attempt. Premium users never need this — they have unlimited battles.
